Reading a supplement label carefully tells you more than any marketing headline. MindSave's Supplement Facts panel is built in two distinct parts, and understanding the difference between them is the most useful thing we can walk through here.
The first section of MindSave's label lists three B vitamins, each with its own specific amount and percent Daily Value:

This is a legal and common labeling approach, but it does mean we can't tell you precisely how many milligrams of, say, Rhodiola Rosea specifically are in each capsule — only that it's somewhere in that 151mg total, and listed last, which under labeling convention typically means it's present in a smaller amount than the ingredients listed before it.
If you're comparing MindSave to a specific published study on, say, Bacopa Monnieri, you'd need the exact milligram amount used in that study to make a fair comparison — and a proprietary blend doesn't give you that number for any single ingredient inside it. We think it's more honest to explain this clearly than to imply a level of dosing precision the label itself doesn't provide.
